Lee, CEO of Emory Healthcare, has accepted our invitation as a keynote speaker for our luncheon, held in conjunction with the ACC meeting in Chicago, IL. Dr. Joon will provide insights, and lead a lively discussion, of How to Succeed as a Division in the Era of Academic Health Systems.

We will be gathering on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 12:00 - 2:00 PM CT at the Chicago Oyster House, located at 1933 S Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. The venue is steps from the McCormick Place convention center, and will provide a welcome respite from conference activities.

ABOUT DR. LEE
Joon S. Lee, MD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Emory Healthcare, a premier academic health system in Atlanta with 11 hospitals, nearly 500 provider locations and more than 24,000 staff and physicians. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data to provide a better patient and provider experience, ensuring equitable care for all members of the community, and building a collaborative and empowered work environment where all team members can advance patient care. Dr. Lee joined Emory Healthcare in July 2023 after a 27-year career at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where he served as an interventional cardiologist, clinical researcher, academic leader and physician executive.
